With over 13 years of experience, Aubrey Phillips is known for her expert eye, gentle technique, and natural results. She’s not just a master of injectables—she’s an artist who blends medical precision with aesthetics to enhance your unique beauty.
A national trainer for AMET and co-owner of Rare Aesthetics, Aubrey specializes in facial balancing, full-face rejuvenation, and confidence-building transformations with her signature lip filler cocktail as the dreamy cherry on top!
She believes beauty isn’t about perfection—it’s about authenticity. Her approach is always tailored, subtle, and rooted in helping you look and feel your best. When she’s not in clinic, Aubrey is soaking up life with her husband and four boys, getting a massage or diving into a new book to keep her skills sharp and her soul inspired.
Lauren is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a passion for helping patients optimize their health from the inside out. With a background in emergency medicine and advanced training in functional and integrative care, she now focuses on treating hormone imbalances, supporting weight loss, and utilizing peptide therapies to enhance vitality and overall well-being.
Originally from Fort Myers, FL, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Frustrated by the limitations of conventional medicine, she transitioned into a more personalized, root-cause approach—prioritizing long-term results over quick fixes.
Lauren is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for every patient, and she believes true wellness begins within. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her at her local crossfit gym, walking her dog Jett, or enjoying time with friends and family.

Born and raised in Birmingham, Ala, she enjoyed living in several states across the U.S., from Memphis, Charlotte, Columbus, Boston, Philadelphia and now sunny St Petersburg. Along the way, she wore many hats - sales, event planner, travel agency owner - but none have felt as meaningful as guiding patients on their journey to better health. She's a proud boy mom, outdoor fitness lover, and social planner who believes in living life with purpose and joy.
